I had the itch guys.
I tore it apart in august of 08 to change heads. Well that turned into rebuilding the whole drivetrain. Which i got done late last year and only got it to the track once.
My plates ran out in jan of 09 and i just went and got new ones. Also I picked up some ET streets for it im gonna throw on today. The slicks rub a bit.
For an initial test drive she runs really well. It never got hotter than 170. But it seems get a little boggy when ya step on it, like it needs more fuel. i have a proform 650 Double pumper im gonna try. its only got a 600 holley on it now.

What's the combo? You might wanna look into reading the plugs before you romp on it too hard. I love the wheels...my car looked stupid with those on it.

oh i will before i take it out again. thank you.

I miss my go-ped. i had a Big Foot with the exhaust kit and intake. took the old adjustable carb off of my liquimatic go-ped and put it on my big foot so i could adjust the jetting. thing got stollen a few years ago outa my garage.

i am glad i got a big boy toy now.

I see i'm not the only one who didn't have the heart to put holes in my dash pad to mount the tach..lol. I got an old column cover and cleaned it up and spray dyed it black and made an aluminum reinforcement for the underside so i could mount the tach directly to the top cover piece instead of using a big hose clamp.

my dash is all messed up anyway where the radio is supposed to be. so i cut it up to mount my guages. as for the hose clamp tach mount, it was quick and dirty...just the way i like it. lol
