Guys,

Sorry for the dumb question but I can not seem to find this. Is there's a part # for a '73 351c 2v intake gasket without the valley pan? That is, basically a gasket without the valley pan? I'm tired of messing with these dumb valley pans.

As an option I know you can cut the belly out, but I"m curious if someone sells gaskets made this way.

If you're running the intake with the exhaust crossover passage open, then you need the valley pan to keep the oil away from the hot underside of the intake. You can take the valley pan/gasket and cut the pan off and use it with other gaskets just as a baffle
