Saleen used Ford Motorsport/SVO conversion parts to the 5-lug, which is basically 1984-86 Mustang SVO and Lincoln Mark VII through 1987.
The Hawk HPS are pretty popular, but they also have a PC Performance Ceramic which sounds interesting.
I do like Porterfield R4-S pads as well, and Porterfield also carries the Hawk. They've probably got everything you need and are good people to deal with.
