Best place in NY to install and tune a nitrous kit?

For someone that has built 700hp engines , Im shocked that you can't install a simple NOS kit , For someone that has said that they have had 6 fox body Mustangs , well then changed it to 4 then 5 and now back to 4 , and running a Bone Stock 5.0 GT to a 13.8 in the 1/4 mile , you would know alittle more about stuff like that !

First of all, how come you don't believe a good running 5.0 can't run a high 13????? The only mod's that was done was a k and n air filter, short throw and toyo proxie tires. Basicly stock. Also I never had or used a nitrous kit before so I want everything to be done 100 percent correct! Is that ok with you? Mabe some people arent as mechanicle as you.

Well I never built a 700 hp engine so you should be a better mechanic then me , You claimed 13.8 in a Bone stock 5.0 GT , I mean you do get that when you say one thing and then change it from one post to another over and over , it makes you look like a lying sack of **** , thats all Im saying

I never built a 700hp car either. More like a 450 hp car that weighs 2400lbs. It sure doesn't take a mechanic to build a 450 horse 5.0. All it takes is 1 or 2 friends that know what they are doing.

You just dont get it , a lie is a lie , and when you say something like I've build cars with 700hp , I own an 05 GT , ran 13.8 in a bone stock 5.0 GT , owned 6 fox bodys then 4 then 5 then back to 4 , then say that you didn't after you said you did , ITS A LIE :nonono: ! most people that lie dont even know that they do , your best bet is go back a read your past post , this way you can learn somethinsg about yourself !

Check with you local forums or region specific forums. Talk to the guys at the track and around town, and find out what shops people are using right now. A shop that did great work 2-3 years ago might have new techs/tuner and are not worth your time. Do your homework when dropping serious amounts of money.

If you have basic hand tools you can install the nitrous kit yourself with a good set of directions.

Hardest part of installing my kit was getting the bottle mounts tightened down. Took one helper to hold a wrench on the top of the bolts while I tightened the nuts from under the car... that's it. All the wiring was VERY well laid out in the directions, and other than that it's all just nuts, bolts, and AN fittings (which are super easy).

I was weary about installing the kit myself as well, but I did and was glad as hell I didn't pay someone a few hundred bucks to do so.

What kit are you considering going with?
