LOL! I sold it to my wife under the premise that to add on another garage bay would cost ~$50/square foot and that I'd need at least a 15x20 space and that this was a much better option.

This is the most I have ever gotten back in a refund but then again last year was the most I ever made as well. Regardless with the refund I paid a total of $9,190 in tax's (fed + state). Technically I dont start to make any money until I hit $10,000 for the year.

i paid almost 8k in fed taxes and got back 1500

They would probably take them. The did find out that several of the TSA agents working in the Chicago airport did not have legal immigration status. Shows you how good their back ground checks are.
