Looks great Preston!! I'm guessing that last sentence is the reason for the post you've got going in the other section.

Thanks! :) I'm really content on the looks on my car for now... But the stock rims need to go. Hopefully I can score a nicely paying job soon... I'm a student so it'll be part time. If all goes well, new rims and a drop with be here soon! :D

I think everyone in the country is ready for spring, ubap13 !! Nice wheels and car you posted up !! :nice::nice:

Spring ≠ A good thing in Phoenix. That means goodbye, 70 degrees, hello, 100+. And its even closer to summer = 115+!!! :(

Thanks.:nice:

Any idea what they weigh with tires?

not an idea on exact weight, but they weigh about as much as my rear bogarts with tires. so they are a heavier 15x4 aluminum wheel, but compared to stock or aftermarket rims, they are still extremely light.

+ with the less rolling resistance, and taking weight off of the front end so helping transfer weight to the rear tires better, and the weight your saving is rotational mass. etc, they've got so many beneficial factors to them. i'm a big fan of skinnies. i daily drive on mine. for the performance benefit to price factor. can't really beat em.

the 165/80/15 kumhos are 45 bucks a tire. only rated up to 118 mph, but there are people running faster then that on them.

i've actually got some good plans for my drag wheels, hoping to "modify" them next month for my birthday.

its hard to tell but its about the same color and material as the mirrors and other stock pieces, i bought it from Stillen; Street Scene actually made it, it is called a "black out" panel, its not black enough though...thinking about getting it sprayed black

my guess is its the same set up as mine. if so its a 15x4 jegs sport star, with 165/80/15 kumho tires.

need a 3/8 spacer, or depending on car you may even need bigger. i've heard 7/16s to half inch.

Close enough. They are actually 15x3 1/2 prostars up front with 165r15's and 1/2" spacers. I don't have a weight but i'll try and remember to throw one on the scale soon.
