Please Post Your Gas Mileage

My '06 GT completely stock with 3.31 gears and ATX got about 16 city and 25 highway. My '10 GT, also stock, with stick and 3.73 gears only gets ~12 city and 20 highway . I only have 1K miles on my '10, so hopefully its MPG will improve.

On mine, I'm averaging 19 mpg according to my little mpg calculator on my phone... I was hoping it would be a little closer to mid 20s...

I mostly do highway miles with some city... And no, I'm not dogging it at every light. I'm actually pretty conservative. Although, I do cruise 80 mph on the highway.

20-21 MPG

19 MPG: Mixed driving, Stop lights (35%) to country road cruzin at 65 mph (65%). Never driving like granny, pullin ahead of all. Within the law boundries at all times.

21 with a light foot...

My new 2010 only has 200 miles on it, so I can't really tell yet. My commute is a mix of highway and traffic, with most beign highway in the mornings. The first day, the average displayed on the computer was 12.1! Yikes. The second day it read 20.1, so it is already getting better.

Have had my 06 GT auto for a couple of weeks, and combined shopping trips in town with longer (25 miles) trips just because I want to yielded 28 according to the car itself. Reasonable speed, not TOO many necessary rapid accelerations. I think this one is much better than my 03 V6. Oh yah, that mileage is with the top down. My goal is to hit 30, which I know can be done. Maybe not here with all the hills here in w. Mass., but I'll certainly try.

'09 V6 auto, 100% stock - I get 19-21 depending on how much fun I have driving it (22 when I can run the whole tank without using AC). I got 26.5 on one tank that included a trip from Orlando to Ft. Myers, about 150-160 miles, mostly highway doing 65 with the cruise control. I had over 300 miles on that tank so the trip accounted for only about 1/2 of the gas used, I'm guessing the actual hwy mpg was close to 30. I don't have the trip computer in my car so these numbers are based on my own calulations using actual odometer numbers and gas usage. I think on board computers are extreemly optimistic in their mpg estimates anyway, so I don't miss that option.

wow, I really feel sorry for a lot of you guys out there. I've got 4:10 gears, cai, tuned, and pullies and I average between 25.5-28.5mpg on the highway on cruise at 70mph. In town is quite a bit different, all depends on the driving of course but anywhere as low as 10mpg to 20mpg depending on how heavy my foot feels that day.

btw, 05 gt stick.

2005 GT 5-speed manual: Brenspped 93 tune, Hot Rods, K&N CAI, SLP axlebacks, 3.55's with 20" Saleens. I just took a road trip to Savannah and I got 278 miles in one tank which cam out to be 20.2 mpg. Not bad for averaging 80 mph the whole way down. I drive back roads to and from work and I usually average 18 mpg with an average speed of 50 with a lot of stop and go.

05blues, I have no idea how you are getting 25 mpg with 4.10's at 70 mph, but good for you!...:nice:
