It's real difficult to do on street tires. The best 60' I was able to cut on my stock
pirelli's back in the day was something like a 1.98. It's all a matter of finding the sweet spot with tire pressure, rpm's and slipping the clutch just right.
You don't want to do smokey burnouts on street tires, just enough to get the water off the tires, or if you can drive around the water box that is best. You need to test different air pressures in the tires. I'd start around 26 and work your way down to no lower than 20. The best thing to do is get stickier tires, but for most people it's not an option. Maybe try to look into getting some used stock rims and throw some drag radials on them.
