Best sounding exhaust?

Before I did my turbo I had BBK LTs, Dr. Gas X, and Spintech Pro Streets w/tailpipes. It sounded amazing and I would have kept it forever had I not gone turbo. It was very clean and quieter in the car and still screamed when you got on it while doing it with a clean tone. I recieved many many comments on how great it sounded. I used to think loud was cool too, but in the end a quieter, cleaner tone is the best.

Mac shorties, Bassani O/R X, and a Bassani aftercat system on mine. It's very loud and I get lots of people telling me it's the best sounding stang they've heard (of course most of these aren't car people), but I'm not quite sure what it sounds like from the outside while being driven so I can't say for myself. If I ever get around to it and can break away from my Chevy long enough I'd like to throw some longtubes on it since I don't have to do emissions anymore. I had a Mac aftercat before with the same x and headers and it sounded like absolute crap and droned much more than with the bassanis.

Ive had like 8 different set ups... And my favorite so far is the one on the stang I just bought... Long tubes, off road h pipe and bassani mufflers dumped at diff! Makes me get a hard on lol

A 331 stoker motor with equal length headers, no cats with some flowmasters. best thing ive ever heard. but i think the sound of flowmasters on the 5.0 cant be topped. just my opinion.

I find the older I get, the quieter I want my exhaust.

I still love the sound of an off-road H-pipe and flowmasters, but too loud for me.

I think I'm going to try a Bassani X pipe and Flows nect

I drive the car very little so I wanted that signature old school sound, I have BBK shorties but I switched it up a little with a catless x pipe instead of the h pipe. It definitely has a different tone that I am still getting used to but I am satisfied with the volume.
