I cant figure out why i keep oil fouling spark plugs... Its only the back plugs (#3, #4,#7,and #8)... i changed the valve seals and it still does it... they are wet with oil when i pull them to check them and fouled but the front plugs are dry and still good...

someone please help... why would it do this?

Sounds like bad oil rings if you replaced the valve seals. Check your PCV screen to make sure it's not causing too much pressure and pushing the oil past the rings.

its a pretty low mileage engine.... ill check the pcv screen today and see how that looks... any thoughts on why it would only be the cylinders at the rear of the engine?

Because you are probably sucking in oil through your upper intake. The oil usually puddles in the back of the intake through the vacuum hose coming off the pcv valve. Which is why the back of the engine/plugs are wet compared to the front. Did you try pulling off your upper intake and check where most of the oil is going into?
