Starting in 1994, Ford put it inside of the CCRM (constant control relay module). Unfortunately, the CCRM is not a servicable item and would need replacement if the relay is indeed bad.

I have a 99 gt the fuel pump relay is inside the pass side fender you can see it with a light , a little tricky to get at , I thought mine was bad turned out it was the pump so check it out well ...good luck

The CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) is inside the passenger side fenderwell. It has the fuel pump relay, AC relays and fan relay. Pretty much you will change the whole module if that is your issue. You have to remove the fenderwell splash guard to get to it.

What is the problem you are having?
