My tires are almost done and I want to pick up a new set of tires. Does anyone have any pictures of these tires on stock wheels? I wanted something wider without having to buy new wheels.

Thanks!

I was gonna put those on my stock 17s. I think they will look great and should fit no problem on your 18s.

I ended up buying new OEM GT500 wheels/tires. The front's are 255s and the rears are 285s. Your 18" wheel is 8 inches wide (I think)...mine are 9.5" wide, but you should be fine with 255s on all corners!

I have 255/45/18 Continental Extreme Contact DWS's on my '07 GT....

How do you like those Continental DWS? My dad just put a set on his Corvette for like $600. That's really cheap especially for Vette tires. I've seen them rated very well on tirerack.com. Did you just have stock Pirellis before? I think I'll go with the little extra width when I get new ones. Has to help grip for launches and cornering right?

Love the DWS's. I had the stock BFG G-Force KDWS's prior to the Conti's. The Conti's stick much better than the BFG's in dry or wet conditions. They handle corners much better and are much quieter! All around, far superior to the BFG's. I've had Pirelli P-Zero's and P-Zero Nero's (very different despite the similar names) and the Conti's are awesome. They don't stick like a drag radial, of course, but awesome all around tires.

My next set will likely be a bit wider on the back - 265 or 275 - but I'll keep the 255's up front.

I've seen one person with 275's on his and said he had no problems with walking. I also looked at a Bridgestone pamphlet and the biggest that they recommend is a 255 for our wheel size.
