Got my CDC chin spoiler in on Thursday and installed it. All I can say is this is how the car SHOULD HAVE come from the factory. It adds that last bit of attitude to the front end that takes it from nice car to muscle car. Before long I plan on adding almost all of CDC's parts, like the tail panel, rocker splitters, and shaker, along with a Boss style stripe kit. These guys build stuff that is so my taste you'd think they were working for me. Anyway, pics will follow as soon as I get back up to the nice vista spot near me and take some shots. Anyone who is running an '10+ Mustang GT really owes it to themselves to add one of these spoilers. Ground clearance is unchanged from the factory valence (the lowest parts on the front corners), and on stock suspension the splitter is high enough to clear standard size curbs and parking bumpers. It says it improves radiator airflow and later in the year CDC says they are releasing two option packs for it: either a brake cooling kit or additional fog lights. I am personally thinking of tying the two inlets into the factory air box and using them as cold air/ ram air intakes. We'll see.

Some crappy cell phone shots because we forgot the camera last time we went up to the lagoon.

I think it would look better (and the side skirts too) if they were all painted to match the car, but that's just me. Looks good though, and glad it's not one of those ridiculous chin spoilers that look like a locomotive front end from the 1800's, just in case a cow jumps in front of your car or you need to plow the snow from your driveway. lol

I think it would lose effect if it was painted body color. I want it flat black a-la the 1969/1970 Boss 302. I just ordered a magnetic tail panel blackout, soon I will be ordering matte black hood and side stripes reminiscent of a Boss, and then rear and side window louvers, a shaker hood, headlight splitters, some retro staggered rims, and roush rocker splitters. I want that old Boss look, and painting the trim panels body color would kill that.
