i tried searching but only found questions about mount problems but not exactly one that recomends a certain brand over another.

i'm ordering from Summitracing.com and putting my order together. I know i want Polyurathane mounts.

is one brand or model better than another? what do you guys use and do you recomend them?

any infor is a great help.

car is used for street. and a stroked motor with agressive cam is goin in.

thanks very informative everyone!!

If you look at Prothane vs Energy Susp in a side by side compaison, the prothane looks much stronger. Plus prothane offers a 100 percent lifetime guarantee

because they may be stronger and have a better guarantee i may go with these. but has any one had any clearance inssues with a stock block and system max upper and lower intake with no spacer??
(this is for a 89 vert if it matters with stock k member)

also going to need to order bushing for the rear shocks and stuff. its so worn out that its not even there. any recomendations for them too?

I've never heard of anyone having to replace energy suspension motor mounts.
Also, the extra height of the mounts drives the transmission up in the tunnel, may sound like no big deal, but it can be.

trans mission is an Artcarr automatic

think i'll stick with something closer to the stock levels then just to play it safe.

I don't think i need new shocks. i didn't really run the car. it sat for like 4 years plus. i just need bushings.
