oem gt500 does mount up to factory holes. the ebay ones apparently do not but they look the same and are more inexpensive.

The eBay ones line up to the factory holes, but only two of them. The other two are not used with the eBay ones. And they're really not necessary.

I picked mine up here: http://myworld.ebay.com/thespoilerstore and was very pleased. It arrive quickly, was in perfect shape and the paint matched perfectly.

It mounted to two of the four holes and had templates and hardware for the other two - but I didn't like where the holes would have been on the trunk lid. I put extra strips of double sided tape and just used two holes. To be honest, the 3M stuff would probably have held the spoiler by itself!

I had the spoiler installed and waxed within 15 minutes of delivery. Piece of cake...
