I took the 95 out for a drive today for the first time in about two months. Just as I got it warmed up, I see this black M3 (E46) do an immediate U-turn to come after me. I was like, "you gotta be kidding me" when i saw this. I knew he was coming for some but I also knew he had no idea what he was up against. My car has Draglites on it but aside from that, it's kind of a sleeper....especially being a GTS. Well anyway, he followed me to the next light and when it went red, he went from behind me to beside me....big suprise. On green, he didn't hammer it and neither did I. But he must've thought I wasn't watching him because as his lane merged, he jumped on it and tried to pull on me. But, I WAS watching and when I saw him go, I let him have it :nono: Lmao, it was like 2 car lengths every time i hit a gear lol. And then afterward, he tried again from a 50 roll. When he went for it, I just went on and off the gas, playing with him. And then put another 7 cars on him :nice: Two younger kids lol and they really like the car. Not sure how much they liked the ass whoopin but whatever. However it did remind me of how much racing like that scares me.....def gotta learn to keep it on the track but it was fun regardless and thankfully, I'm not sleeping in jail tonight :nice:

Well, this will be gone soon. Take it to the track.

:lock:[/QUOTE
so let it be gone and keep the comment to urself. I just said how I know it shoulda been kept on the track, so I don't need you telling me that. But, it's my fault because I knew there was gonna be someone like you who never ever races on the street:rolleyes: playing the saint role, telling me how wrong I was. Relax man, seriously.

Maybe I should. I guess there's a rule about posting street racing incidents. Because other than that, I haven't violated any rules. So, I'll read them and maybe it will do me some good...as you say. But, if there is a rule about that, then this site is way too straight laced for me. You built a supercharged Mustang just for the track and the track only??? Never once street raced??? DOUBT IT  But I understand that the point ur making is about "the rules". But don't tell me to "keep it on the track" if that's the case.

He's telling you to keep it on the track for everyone's safety including yours. You don't have to get all butt-hurt when people tell you these things. We just don't want to see "joy rides" turn into "accidents". Stay safe...
