procharger fuel upgrades?

I have just recently bought a Ps1 procharger kit for my 2002 mustang gt. I have a few questions on fuel upgrades for my set up, I have pretty much stoke engine with a trickflow upper intake, borla cat back, 4:30 gears, aluminum driveshaft and a tune. I need to know what fuel pump would work best or if I need a Boost-a-pump? Also what injectors? I have a SCT 90mm mass air already and was thinking 42#? My goal with more mods in the future is 550Whp so I would like to get the right stuff for these specifications. I was also wondering if I needed some harness for different injectors? something about EV1 and EV6? Also is there anything else anyone can think of I need for this build? I have the head unit, piping, intercooler, mass air, belts, lubercants, pulleys.

Congrats on your new purchase! You'll love this unit.

As for fuel upgrades. If you want to do it once and do it right you should get SCT-2400 or higher mass air. Get at least 60lb fuel injectors 80lb if you want to hit 700+hp . You will need EV-1 injectors. U can use a harness for EV-6 injectors, but every company who makes injectors has both for the same price so get the one that fits. With you 4:30 gears I would drop that down to a 3.73 or 3.55 or even 3.27 stock. I have 3.73s and I go through the gears to fast with 500rwhp. You wont ever have traction with 4.30's. Now if you have a 6 speed or plan on getting one then keep the gears.

If your stroking it right away then get a bigger pulley. If not dont go over 400rwhp, that bottom end cant go much higher without blowing.

As for fuel, you'll need either an 03 cobra fuel tank, or an 03 cobra fuel hat. If you just get the hat you have to break the plastic pieces in the GT tank in order for it to fit. I have twin focus pumps and I can run 600rwhp if needed. Most recommend twin GT pumps but that also requires a modified fuel pump module.

If you never plan on going over 600rwhp the twin focus pumps will be fine. If you do, then you will also want to get some bigger fuel lines as well.

Dont forget that any modification to the system will require a new tune. So swapping pulleys will require a new tune every time. So if you plan to run the procharger stock tune keep the stock pulley. I figured if you did that you could save money on the tune and after the engine build you wouldnt have paid for a tune twice.

If you have more questions just ask, or search. These forums have tons of great advice that gets asked over and over lol.
