Car burning oil? (Thinking of replacing valve seals)

I've probably put around 2000~ miles on my car since I got it running and have noticed it is burning a decent amount of oil.

The story with the engine is I had it in my 95 and moved it to this 94 it is around 90k miles (stock longblock) and never burned any oil in my 95. When I had the motor out I had to have the heads off to remove a broken intake bolt so I had the machine shop rebuild the heads.

Anyhow I'm thinking they did a crappy job and one or many of the valve seals are bad. Is there anyway to check (while leaving the heads on) if my problem is rings or valve seals?

What size are the valve seals on GT40s? Any recommendations on some to get?

Right now I'm considering just installing new seals to give it a shot since they aren't too expensive.

I did check the PVC/screen and it is getting good vacuum and is clean/flows air.

Do a compression test on it. Remember, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. Since you rebuilt the heads, the piston rings are now the weak link & may fail. I have seen a few engines drop the rings due to valve jobs in my time. Good luck....
