so i posted a reply a few days ago for someone about a 96 pi headswap running warmer then normal. well i had the same issue with mine for a long time now and worse with the new pi engine, so pulled the radiator for umteenth time. well i did somethin different this time, sprayed the rad with simple green, the used a medium soft brush going top to bottom gently cleaning the fins between the flues. using light water pressure from the hose rinsed it off. put it all back together. well i fixed it, it runs a constant 195 degrees. it was 98deg out yesterday, and it still was under 200deg at the coolant x-over were it use to run 220-225deg. im stoked i cant beleive i over looked it.

That's great you got it fixed man. I would have overlooked it to. I guess we're more concerned with inside condition of rad than the outside condition. Good find. I keep that in mind if I have that problem. Pearl02.
