Nothing wrong with the vids, but it would only be a guess. The video from the top just sounds like rocker arm noise to me. From what I hear some roller rockers are just louder than others. It would certainly be worth taking the valve cover off and having a look especially if it's been a while. As far as the noise on the bottom, the first thing I think of is rod bearings that have a few thousand miles on them. How man miles on the engine ? How is your oil pressure ?

Many times when mods like yours are made, people simply put the stock pushrod back in and let it go at that. Fact is, pushrod length IS the adjustable factor with pedestal mount rockers. So, when head gasket, heads, rockers, cam, lifters, valves are changed - or the heads are cut, block is cut, valve job is done - pushrod length should be MEASURED with an adjustable pushrod length checker. It is VERY common that slightly longer than stock pushrods are needed to put everything back like it should be with proper lifter preload. When this isn't done - a bit of noise is usually the symptom.

No way of knowing if that's your issue or not unless you pull the covers and go through the drill of checking pushrod length.

The first thing I noticed when my balancer went bad was a vibration, not necessarily a noise. You can almost see the balancer wobble when it hits the RPM zone that agitates it. And when the engine is off you might even be able to see where the rubber is separating.
