351w swap into 88 tbird. Issues

Hey guys.
I have a 1988 Thunderbird Sport that I swapped the stock 5.0L for a 351w F4TE roller engine. The bottom end is stock. I added a set of GT40 Y heads with bowl work, TF stage 1 cam, 1.7RR, Pro Products efi upper and 351w lower, 70mm TB,73mm C&L calibrated to 24lb injectors, 24lb injectors, A9L mass air swap,BBK 1 5/8 headers, offroad X pipe and a fenderwell mount CAI.

If the engine is cold it starts fine and runs a little rich...by smell. After driving for a bit, when I come to a stop, I get a idle that hunts really bad. It goes from 1800 to 200 rpm untill it stalls out. When I restart it will not idle but I can drive it. I have too keep my foot on the axcelorator to keep it running. This can also happen if I drive for a few min, shut off the engine then restart. It does not want to idle in gear or in neutral. What can I do about this problem?

Thanks
