I'm looking to buy a new fox, and I've found one that looks really clean, but I wanted to get some thoughts on the setup. The seller says it makes ~600hp, but I'm not sure if that's at the wheels. He also says the engine work was done at the Muffler Shop by Brian and Chris Tuten in Columbia, SC. Anybody know of that shop? The mods are below:

DSS sportsman block. 347 stroker kit, eagle, crank, rods, pistons
edlebrock performer aluminum heads
roller rockers
procomp cam
holley system max 11 upper and lower intake
80 mm holley throttle body
holley egr spacer
msd ignition
pro flow maf 70 mm
373 gears
aluminum radiator, flywheel, drive shaft
sub frame connectors
tko tremec 5 speed
hurst shifter
king cobra clutch
long tube headers
x-pipe
flowmasters
aeromotive 5.0 eliminater fuel system kit p/n 17106
siemens 60lb injectors
aeromotive fuel pump controller
D1SC polished procharger stage 11 p/n 1fa324-d1sc (14psi) 12 rib
a lot of wires hidden under fenderwells of both sides of engine bay
complete UPR suspension front to rear. k member, coil over, upper/lower adj contol arms. sway bar. a arms
moser axle 35 spline with control unit

Thanks

even has a/c :hail2:

Any properly built street mustang has a/c.
There is zero point in deleting it, other than being cheap or lazy.

That car looks like someone spent some serious time on it.
Even looks like some engine bay holes were filled.

500rwhp is a realistic number on power.

After seeing that dyno chart, i have some more thoughts.
Borrowed time is what i'm thinking if that's not a race block.
They can plead all the block strenghtening they want, the stock block blows up regardless unless it's filled.

He says it's a DSS block, I assume a DSS prepped block.

@2000xp8 - BTW, let me know when you want to sell your Saleen. That thing is beautiful. Seriously, if you want to sell it, let me know, I'm in the market and have cash to burn.

First off, i won't be introducing you to any of the women in my life, they would gladly sell my stuff at a discounted price.
Thanks though.

Second, A stock block is a stock block.
You can do whatever you like to it, it still splits.
That engine bay doesn't look beat, so likely the owner cruises, not abuses.
Plan on a boss or dart block replacement.

The brand block is what matters most.
DSS preps blocks, they don't manufacture them.

Just realize, a race block which is now pretty much a Boss or a dart, by the time they are built are 4 grand and up.
If you are going to baby the car, the stock block is fine, but if you drive it hard, it's sure to break.
And when it goes at that power level, it's not pretty.
I've seen guys get good time from 525rwhp, but 600rwhp i dunno.
