Puerto Rico Section?

I see this says this section is for members who have water as a border, but it appears to be mostly Hawaii members who are posting?
I wonder where all the many thousands of PR Mustang owners are? PR has one of the largest Mustang owners per area in the world.

On August 15, 2010 the local 17 clubs of mustang owners in puerto rico hosted an event and there were over 700 cars. Go PR Mustang Club. How can i upload photos of my car.
