1998 cobra clutch noise(video)

i just had a fresh motor with new clutch and throw out bearing dropped in my 1998 cobra. it has about 350 miles. the the transmission has about 96,500. i took it for a spin and got on it in a little, i was shifting every 5500 rpms. after i slowed down i heard this noise repeatedly until i **** the car off and let it cool down. took it out the next day and only heard it for a split second. as you will see it happens when the clutch is feathered.YouTube - ‪my 1998 cobra clutch/TOB noise.‬‎

Sounds like the fork is hitting the clutch cable cover. See if it's loose or bent from hitting something.
