Looking around at steering wheels I found this: Billet Specialties 30445 Billet Specialties 14'' Steering Wheels

I still find issues on the web with Grant products, although I think if a steering wheel comes off a car the installer fouled up somehow. I ofter see horn issues with Grants.

Anyway, I don't know much about Billet, but I think I am drifting away from a wood rim wheel and do like this outlaw style. I would like to drop down under 15" as well.

Anyone got a Billet? They show a 3 year warranty.

Looks ok but something about it just looks different....cannot put my finger on it. If you like it....great. I like it but would not buy it...if that makes sense.

As to the Grant wheels...never seen one (wheel) come off....just the Classic series having the crappy horn button. The one on my car has no issues of coming apart. The horn unit is attached using the allan head bolts and the wheel must be removed to remove the button.

I am using a billet specialties Hopster wheel. Nice piece and has worked great for me.
