For the front suspension they're using FFR lower control arms, SN95 spindles and a pair of brackets that bolt to the top of the spindles that allow an upper control arm ball joint to be used. They used a Chrysler screw in ball joint with an unnamed ajustable upper control arm. The brackets ($299) were from Whitby Motorcars, a FFR builder in Greensboro, NC.

Recalling that the FFR cars use SN95 spindles from the donor car, yielded that FFR sells a uglier, welded bracket for $68,

Further FFR website research shows a UCA that looks eerily similar to the one on the show for $140/ea,

The biggest deal is that you'd have to go coil over on the shock, which may not be a big deal to some.
I was wondering if the existing UCA mount could be utilized while doing something else with the lower to eliminate the strut rod.
Don't beat on me too hard, it's been years since I've looked at the stock control arm area, I'd love for it to be some sort of bolt-on deal that wouldn't eliminate the stock mounting locations, but that's next to impossible.
