97 Cobra not starting

Has a battery in the trunk.
Battery is good. Bought a new one and still nothing.
Not getting anything when i turn the key. Starter is good. had it tested.
There is some sort of selenoid on the frame under pass seat. How can I test to see if this is bad?

Bought the car with battery mounted in the trunk.
I do not know the brand of the battery relocation kit.

Any ideas??

Confirm that the clutch pedal has been fully depressed. There is a clutch safety starter interlock.

What is the "theft" light doing? Turn the key to on but do not crank. Confirm that the theft goes out after a 3 second "prove out". Confirm that the light doesn't blink when attempting to crank

Remember for the 96-98 MY, the PATS system disables the starter. This gives a no crank symptom.

For the 99-04 MY, the PATS system disables fuel and spark. This gives a crank with NO start symptom.

If the anti-theft system has been tripped, it needs to be reset with the key FOB or by unlocking the driver's door. Note, disconnecting the battery may "trip" the PATS system.

Test the W/PK wire at the engine bay starter relay for +12 volts with the key in "start".

Before we go to additional tests, let's confirm the anti-theft system.
