The new Webelectric do not sequence the brakes light now I have a set on the Bullitt and like them very much. Good quality and easy install if you don't have the shaker 1000 and then it is not that bad.
When I ordered mine directly from Webelectric I talked to the owner about that and at that time 4 weeks ago he still has some that where the old board and the OEM harness that he was letting go for the $119 price with free shipping. Real nice guy give him a call http://www.webelectricproducts.com/
I chose the ones that did not sequence and have been very happy but I did think about getting a set with the OEM harness. The aftermarket harness is very well made so no regrets
I have the CDC's that sequence the brake lights (all three). In three years of driving I've had no problems with people not noticing or mis-interpreting the brake lights (there's also the third brake light which isn't affected by the sequentials). I've also been pulled over by the cops twice (no tickets yet) and they didn't say anything about the brake lights.
With the WebElectric kit, your tail lights sequence ONLY when a signal is on. When you hit the brakes, all lamps come on at once like the 2010 Mustang.
We still have some here at the shop I can get out tomorrow.
