You can take that rear fitting off the sn95 prop valve and put it in a fox prop valve. Then, all you need is one brake line to the front drivers side wheel. Its how I did my conversion.
Thing is, you need a non abs prop valve.
My 3-2 conversion consisted of this.
Ford racing prop valve plug (they were $9 at the time)
Non-abs sn95 rear fitting
20" or so of napa preflared 3/16 brake line
Weather head 7936 (into the sn95 fitting)
Weather head 7828 (connect to the drivers side brake soft line)
Cost to me was $12 or so plus the prop valve plug and adjustable pv and it's clean and factory oem. 2 lines from the mc to the combo valve....and then three lines out. No ugly t fittings and 50 adapters
My setup is Mach 1 brakes with 93 cobra master cylinder and booster
