LOL had to be brought back to the future using a train and a flux capacitor

LOL:lol: Thought I was the only one who cracked flux capacitor jokes....

Don't know if flips or parts cars should count....if so, I'd have to refigure.

Looks like Foxverts is gonna take it.. been a while since I've seen a 69 wildcat. aaaalmost bought one, but I settled into the 72 nova instead. What engine was in that wildcat? four-0-something?? I remember thinking how big it was.

430 4-barrel. Bringing down that beast from 120+ mph with four wheel drums was not fun.

1997 thunderbird lx
(first car, thought it was really cool. Had it for two years then hit a deer and insurance gave me 500 more for it than what I had bought it for two years prior. pretty good investment if you ask me.)
1998 s10 5spd 4 banger
(slowest turd on the road but it had a bed and good gas mileage. I was delivering pizza at the time so I needed the gas mileage. sold to my brother to buy my current car)
1987 Mustang GT
(always wanted a fox body and was no longer delivering so I bought my baby. I love this car and will hopefully never have to sell it. But I am a poor college freshman now and the parents just got divorced and I'm paying a good deal of my schooling so money's a bit tight, we'll see what happens. I've got some money set aside to hopefully work on it some this summer.)

Quite a short list compared to most of you guys, but give me a break, I'm 18, in college, and already own the car I want to hold on to lol

Had a 1970 fastback at your age and sold it to pay for one semester of classes. Still wish I had that car. I'd like to tell you don't sell it no matter what, but a man does what he has to do.:) good luck!

I keep saying I'll never sell it, my dad tells me I'll do what I have to do. He had an 85 GT he sold when they had my older brother because a car seat wouldn't fit lol. I've beentold by many to hold on to it if at all possible, but we'll see what comes down the road. As for now I've got a decent stash in the bank for a rainy day, so I shoud be good for a while. fingers crossed

I started my driving career 31 years ago when I was just 17 and I've probably owned the fewest cars:

1980-1985: 1973 Mazda 818 (1.3L I4) passed down to me by my dad
1985-1991: 1981 E21 BMW 316 (1.8L I4)
1991-1998: 1988 E30 BMW 316 (1.8L I4)
1993-1995: 1981 Range Rover (3.5L V8)
1995-2011: 1992 Jeep Cherokee (4.0L I6, currently 4.6L stroker)
2007-2011: 1995 Ford Mustang GT (5.0L V8)

When I find a good car I tend to hang onto it. My Jeep is undoubtedly the best car I've ever owned and it's a keeper. Ultra-reliable and fast. It's also the first car that I've owned that had either fuel injection, alloy wheels, or metallic paint. The Range Rover was the worst car I've owned but I blame the poor reliability largely on neglect by the previous owner.
The engines have gotten progressively bigger and more powerful on each car that I've owned. The Mustang had several issues when I bought it but it was a project car that I'd intended to fix up and upgrade. Now it's a well-sorted car that'll hopefully stay reliable for years to come.
