I dont have peep skillz, honesty is all I have.

Everybody wants you, along with everyone else, to be honest, tell it the way it is, just dont be NASTY and DEGRADING. Coupestange's car was a lil rough around the edges, but many stanges need a lil TLC. He still has a ways to go but he has made great strides in bringing this car up to par. He put a gallon of clear, several coats of paint, 2 new fenders, fixed the hood, the trunk and many moldings, trim and small parts. I like the car, and I love the owner, he s my son.:)

I was never degrading, abrasive maybe, nasty is just perception. For the record the car looks great I commend him on the work, my car was in worse shape and is definitely not as clean as his car. I call it like i see it, and dont sugar coat it. I hope he enjoys his car now

if that car was rust free and running you got a good deal on it. You cant find a v8 notchback in these parts that runs for under 3k. Ive seen alot of rollers going for 1500 bucks. That being said, the car looks amazing now, im not a big fan of the headlights but if you like em cool. If you went to sell that car you would definitly make a profit, which is rare because cars are a terrible investment. Id say that statement alone proves that the car was a deal

when I first clicked on this thread and saw the first pic I thought you were being a jokester, then I saw that there were after pics and damn that looks nice! welcome to the stangnet community. enjoy the car!

PMed for your guy's info.

car looks good man. :nice: i paid around the same for my paint job recently. really pulls a car together. even though mine wasnt nearly as big of a change as yours lol.

i think you overpaid too, but then again i got my notch for free. :flag: that is sarcasm btw.

car looks really good man. id pull the engine out of the bay and get it all cleaned up, and lower the car a little. =) as long as you enjoy it thats all that matters. you should take pictures on blacktop with the tires gelled up and no dust on them:nice:. itll look even cleaner!!!

That's one way to put the naysayers in their place, haha. That things looks really damn good!

x10000

that car looks amazing!!! from the looks of it you got a smokin deal on that car. i say buy a carpet kit, put in a different steering wheel (if you dont like it), and dye that console piece gray and that car will be set!!! around here if you have a car like that, it will bring $6000 all day.
you cant beat a black notch on bullits!

it is lowered a little... about a inch 1/2. might not be able to tell in the pic.

ya i saw that in the initial picture without the paint job. it looks higher in the rear after its painted on that gravel road... might just be the uneven surface... but the stance is def awesome if it is like the before painted picture
