Anyone have a pic of the OEM PCV lines and how they are routed? I changed my PCV valve a few weeks ago and while under there one of the hoses seemed too long, and there were a few other things that seemed just... not right. (worm clamps and whatnot)

Anyone got a pic of a total OEM setup?

Oh, the Motorcraft PCV valve I pulled out was a straight fitting style one. The replacement that I got had a 90 degree bend on it. Is that right? Yes, I replaced the filter dealy under it too.

I think that diagram is misleading because it SEEMS to indicate that the PCV only has one vacuum line coming off the upper intake, which is not the case.

There are three connections for vacuum on the underside of the upper intake...two nipples and a hole basically...

They are all on the backside (toward firewall). The short nipple (closest to engine) hooks to the purge solenoid, the long nipple (halfway between where the upper bolts up and the driver's side edge of the upper) hooks to a "T".

That "T" in turn connects to the PCV valve. The other connection on the "T" circles back around to the hole on the underside of the upper intake on the back (toward firewall) driver's-side corner of the upper.

Clear as mud?

Sort of lol

Are these molded hoses? Or just crappy looking heater hose style rubber? The "T"s are funky looking brass blocks? What is on my car just looks odd and I don't know what is original and what isn't. Don't ya hate that?
