engine knock after oil change

I changed the oil in my 67 coupe on Saturday and I now have a knock in the engine. I've had the car for several years and the engine has been bullet-proof. I put in Valvoline 10W-30 with a bottle of ZDDP. This is the first time I've added the ZDDP. Could this be my problem. The engine is a 302 that I believe is from a '71.

As I said, this engine has never given me any trouble before. Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of oil filter did you use? Hope it wasn't a Fram or Pennzoil (same filter). From my research, best filters:
#1-Motorcraft
#2-Wix
#3-Purolator/Pure One
#4-AC
I've had oil press/flow issue with Frams in the past.

knock gone

as mysteriously as it came, the knock is gone but I do have some lifter noise that need to be addressed. The heads are stock and I am assuming it has solid lifters. Is there any way I can be sure without pulling heads? One of my mechanic buddies thinks they are solid because all of the rockers have play in them except the one that is depressed. Is he correct?

I do know the engine has an aftermarket cam but don't have any specs. How would I determine the correct valve clearances?
