Well guys, its been well over a year since I totaled out my Mach 1 and in that time I have been driving around in a Lincoln Navigator. I ready to make a purchase this spring to buy a terminator and may have found one to buy. Its a black 04' 2.6 kb cobra with supporting mods with 25k miles for 25k. Anyone think thats a good deal or would I be overpaying? I have seen several go for 24k and is what I offered the guy but he doesn't want to come any lower. What do you think?

Although the old cobras are pretty awesome, for $25k I'd rather pay a little extra and buy a base model 5.0.
The new 5.0's are nice and I already test drove one. I was impressed to say the least and it was an auto which I would never buy. But I don't want to spend 38k for one cause I would want the options and at the end of the day its still a GT that will be worth prolly 20k in four years where the Cobra is worth 22k 7-8 years later

No way I'd pay 25k for a modded 03/04. Rather find a stock, or lightly modded one for around 20k with the same mileage.
2010 GT's are going for 22k or so, I've seen several at that price. Not the 2011 in performance, but it's a sharp car and they did have the track pack option. Warranty would be nice.
