Just stopping by to let you all know we have a new Ford Marketing Customer Service Rep. His name is Justin and he is excited to help in this forum. He’ll be able to answer questions about vehicle incentives, comparisons, pricing, options, etc… Please give him a warm welcome as you guys know how! :)

So that is two now for what looks like every Ford site on the net.....been seeing this same line everywhere. Not saying it is bad....but how much time is available to solve problems with so many web sites to track.....
 
I see this as very welcomed.

Back in motorcycle world...especially Yamaha...their lawyers would just cruise forum boards threatening to sue anyone that used their logo in any shape or form to make a buck and not give a damn about anything else.

For me...a manufacturer that wants to read info from their customers and possibly use that to base future production models and actively interact? It's about damn time.

This is Justin from Ford Customer Service. Thank you for the warm welcome. :) Just wanted to clear up any confusion that there may be. I will be assisting anyone that reaches out inquiring about marketing related questions or concerns. The main areas that this would include are pricing & incentives, verifying options with certain vehicles, vehicle availability, vehicle comparison, or information on a new production vehicle. This will be more marketing oriented, but I won't be exploiting it out. Only, upon request.
