What I would do now that you have a stock tune back in your car is order an SCT tuner from someone like American Muscle and get some custom tunes so you can put that FRPP CAI back on, you could get a 93 race tune and run it throughout the year and when it comes time for emission testing again next year, you could throw the stock airbox and tune back in the car like a week or two before you have the car tested (from what I understand, when putting a stock tune back into the car after running a custom tune, you need to drive the car for like 50-75 miles with the stock tune for everything in the cars computer to go back to normal)
But I def recommend getting a SCT so this way when you plug it into your car the first time it loads a copy of your stock tune into the programmer, this way you'll always have it and can go back to stock for emission testing.
