O/R exhaust throwing code with Xcal

Where did you buy it from? Did the tuner enable it when they wrote the tune? That needs to be done in order for it not be popping up regularly, if it keeps popping up, then you have a problem which you can pull the code from with the tuner.

Ordered through AmericanMuscle, Bama tuned.

I emailed them, hopefully they just forgot as I said O/R exhaust in their little spreadsheet.

2 codes actually came up though.
the typical Catalyctic converter one, and another saying OBD loop failed? or something of that sort? Any ideas? I assumed it was normal, it showed up immediately after clearing the codes (didn't throw a check engine light) any ideas of what that is as well?

I have never seen that second code before and I have used O/R exhaust for years.

Before I actually got the car tuned or installed MILs I would have to go in and shut the light off every few days.

Due to regulations, some places won't disable the O2 sensors. As big as American Muscle/Bama is I wouldn't doubt it. Might have to go to a local shop.

Emailed them, the race tune automatically disables the rear o2s as its' a 'track only' tune.
They told me to reinstall the tune, possible it didn't take the first time or the SES code had been sitting there and not throwing a light. I'm going to go double check the code it threw, see if its still throwing it in about 20 minutes.

Oh if it's a track only tune then I guess that's their loophole, and I assume it should work. Re-installing the tune may fix the problem from what I hear but I've never had to do such a thing. Good thing is they can probably easily mail you an adjusted tune.
