91 LX hatch, h/c/i, MM suspension, black interior etc

I am looking to sell my '91 to get into a 2011 v6 as I have a new love for my SVO and don't need two foxes taking my time. I love this car and has served me well both as a driver and I hope it can go to a good home. Car is currently located in San Diego, CA

94k on car and original shortblock, A/C is freshly charged R12, mod list to follow pics.

Original single stage paint does has been recently polished but does show signs of fading.
Interior is original black on black in very good condition, seats have no stains, rips nor the "fox body lean". The ashtray door does not fully close, but I do have the mavromount repair kit I just havent installed it.

Cons are the passenger door does not unlock with the remote, but does by key. Paint condition is not perfect, trim is flaking off under the windows and the ashtray door is slightly open. It also could use new tint.
Overall it is a very clean and fun car that I have owned and enjoyed since 2005, I hope it finds a good home! Thanks for looking!
