In the attempt to be unique, some step way out of conventional wisdom with pointless and useless modifications where leaving it stock would actually be a great improvement to the system. What's sad is some of these took some real time, effort, and money that could have been spent elsewhere.

One I saw about a year ago is where someone cut the hood in a zig-zag pattern down the middle and put hinges on each side so it would open like a entertainment center. Well done in the fact that it latched, but once it did it really looked retarded.

Saw a fox this weekend at the track with z3 fenders. Not a new one, but for some reason I think that is possibly the worst one I have seen... let me think to see if I can come up with others...

well idk about mods, but I swear I saw a nice black hatch with a vtec emblem where the LX would be. I tried to take a picture but it got away. there's no way he was serious with that thing. he (or someone) had to have done it as a joke.

What about greasing underneath to prevent rust?

I think the "fox van" where the guy deleted the quarter glass and put sheet metal in their place.

Any body kit that came out of the '90s. Any body kit at all for that matter unless it's a Saleen or Stalker nose.

Whale tail spoilers.

Chopped tops (do NOT belong on a Mustang)

Lambo doors

"Most stupidest dumb"?

Huge cowl hoods on otherwise stock or mildly modified 302s. This is a common one. If there are guys out there running 8-second 427 ci Foxes with stock hoods, why on God's green Earth are you running a 4" cowl with your 302 junk and a GT40 intake?

Any oversized stickers on the rear hatch window or a big ass banner that says MUSTANG in block lettering on the windshield that's not even close to the right oem font. I'm sure I'm going to offend someone but I just don't like any big stickers like that.

The guys who put the huge 30 or 40 something inch wheels on them. "Donks". Seen a few of those rolling around on the net.

I get it, it would be nice to have my car 3 ft in the air all the time so I could work with plenty of room and no jack, but come on, that just looks dumb.

:D
I hate cowl hoods on stock cars (guilty of it myself in the past) but now that I can't fit my motor under a stock hood, there's nothing I want more than a stock hood on my next fox
