Just finsihed the swap, no #'s yet but updates to come very soon!

120lb injs idle just like my 60's did.

Only big diff besides the smell I notice is the car is much more responsive, and rev's much faster. Let's hope it spools quicker also!!

I'm real excited!
I got 10g for 3.12$ a gallon, much better than the 12-14$ a gallon I was spending on race gas. I didn't need the octane fuel I ran in the past, I was just being careful. Oh yeah reg unleaded is 3.73$ a gallon here

Boosted cars seem to love this stuff, so I just had to try it!

Updates to come

I am [] that close to making the switch to E85. I have 3-4 E85 stations on a route to work and not too far out of the way and one even has blended pumps. I REALLY want to try it on the bottle with the 175 jets.

I already had the correct aftermarket fuel sys and a big enough fuel pump, I just needed larger inj's is all. E85 req's about 30% more fuel.

Car runs cooler also.

Good luck on your quest for 9.11!

At $3.12 and 30% more fuel, that still puts it over $4.00. For me, I doubt like the savings wouldn't be enough to justify the cost. If the difference gets bigger, then I'm all in.

the fuel savings is amplified when you switch from racing fuel to e-85! not so much for pump gas.

as already mentioned, there are several performance advantages as well.
