93 5.0 start up

I just joined this fourm because i heard it was the best. so i hope you can help me out. I bought a project car i have it all back together now it starts revvs up and shuts down.
Specs:
e cam
new springs and roolers
msd distrutor
75 mm tb
70mm mass air
23# injectors
cobra intake with spacer
bbk shortys
bbk cat h pipe
flows
any info would b a help thx

i have eliminated the smog pump and i want to get rid of as much vacume lines as possible too.

You are saying the engine starts, the RPMs go up, and then shuts off? What happens when you try to restart it?
