Hey guys. I don't spend much time over here in the 4.6l section, but I figured I would share my 97 anyway. I spend most of my time over in the 5.0 section. Anyways, I have had this car for a few months now. My dad had this car a few years ago, and then sold it to one of my buddies. My friend recently got a call that he was accepted into the Highway Patrol. So, he needed to get rid of his car. So I picked her up! :D The car is pretty dang clean considering it has 128k on the clock. It is all original except for a drop-in K&N filter and some welded in mufflers. Since I have had the car, I have performed a full detail, took the wing off, and put my 03 Cobra wheels on it. Thats it. I am loving this car!!! I'm planning on dd'ing this car throughout high school (I'm only 15). The only mods that I have planned are some Eibach Sportlines (for obvious reasons... you will see in the pics :notnice:) and a Steeda Tri-ax shifter. I think it will be a fun driver with just that. I have my Notch for going fast. Anyways, heres some pics!!!

And a few of my coupe. I just got done building it up. Nothing special, just HCI and all supporting mods, coilovers, 5 lug, blah blah blah you get the picture.

Thanks guys!! As for the battery cable... I sure wish I could take it off but my dad requires every car we have to have a battery cutoff on it. :notnice: But, its a safety measure so I guess it's ok.

Thanks guys. My dad has about 15 different Chevelles/old GM cars. So it's kind of wierd that I've got 4 Fords! The Kingswood wagon is an all original survivor. We just slapped a surf board on top and slapped a set of Street Lites on it. It has a little 400SBC and runs great! Every car in the shop is a Chevelle, but I assume that the Lincoln-ish thing is the yellow 70 chevelle or the silver 65 wagon.

I'm jealous for you man! Those are some nice rides for being only 15! I thought when I had a cammed '75 Olds Cutlass in high school I was cool !

Just do gears, subframes, springs and a shifter to your GT and that thing will ride out! Remember you will probably need CC plates when you do the springs, and probably new shocks as the Sportlines will wear the stockers out (if that's what is currently on there).

The coupe looks beautiful too man!
