Hi guys,

I bought the Ranger header and it is ready to install. My exhaust system is basically trashed, so I figured I would replace it entirely and upgrade to a 2 1/4 inch system in the process.

My question is, what downpipe should I use to bolt up to the ranger header? I'd like it to be 2 1/4 inch like the rest of the system. Do I have to make a custom one instead?

Thanks for the help!

You can use the existing sectionof the down pipe if it is still good and the flange clamp. A muffler shop can cut it at a decent length and weld the new pipe to it or they will make their own new flange.

If yours is bad and they charge an arm and a leg - i have a few sections of down pipes for the cost of shipping that came off a Ranger header that they could weld the pipe to.
