Hey everyone, as you can see, I'm new to this forum, but I've been reading a lot on here and it seems like a really good forum with a lot of helpful advice. Well, here's my scenario; I got a really good deal on a red 92' GT but the engine and trans and all the trim and everything is out of the car. I know that everything works because its a friend of the family that's selling it to me so I'm good there. It will be my first engine install and I'm just wondering what are some things when I'm putting this car back together that could save me time/stress. It comes with a new flowmaster full exhaust system and new chrome shorty headers. It has adjustable suspension for drag racing and has a really nice set of Weld Racing rims with good tires on it. I'm going to pick the car up Today and would like to at least get the engine mounted today. Thanks in advance fellow fox body lovers.:nice:

Im assuming the motor is together (minus the upper intake), I would go ahead and put the shorty headers on while it is out of the car, bolt the engine mounts to it, bolt the trans to it and drop it in as one whole assembly....makes life much easier. Then bolt on the wiring, front accessories, upper intake, etc...

I like to remove the hood as well. If you need help with anything else ask away, well help you get straight.
