Don't care for 'em myself. They're just a little too big to my eye. A good friend of mine put them on his car last year and they just don't look "right" to me.

Thanks for sharing! I still prefer my stock ones though. I find it very hard to pull away from the way my stock 93 LX looks. I'm not a fan of the putting on a different hood, wing, badge or any of that at this point. The only thing I've really changed on the outside are my 85/86 tail lights. The 5.0 badge looks nice but not on my 93, BUT that's just me :)

They're nice badges, i guess i'm just old school like that. Badges, i dunno they're sort of like military medals in a way...like how you just don't put Cobra badges on a car that's not a Cobra...my 5.0 has its badges and that 5.0 has its badges. I guess i'm weird like that. I think the old ones would probably be too small on the new car.

I agree. The Fox has its identity and the Coyote has its identity. Mixing the badges between the two just doesn't seem right for me.

I'm also the kind of wacko that thinks you shouldn't have 5.0 badges on a stroked or Windsor swapped car, but instead you should have a badge that correctly identifies the engine size. So, take what I say with a grain of salt. :p

See i'm torn on the "correct liter badge" thing. On one hand, i still consider a 5.0 Mustang a 5.0 Mustang even if it's stroked...because to me the 5.0 part is more about the name of the car than the actual liter of the engine, but then at the same time it is a little misleading. I haven't put any on mine yet, i'm not sure if i want 5.0 or 5.7 badges.

I agree with the badge being correct for the car. Era-wise, though, not necessarily displacement-wise. If the car came with a 5.0 badge and you stroke it, personally, I'd leave th 5.0 badge. For one, why tell your secrets to the opposition? Let the other guy think he just got it handed to him by a 302. Second, It's what came on the car and is factory correct. Incorrect badges or badges where they don't belong to me looks silly.

The new 5.0 badges are attractive, I just prefer the origional equipment look trimwise for my steed.
