Fox Suspension for street comfort - What r u running?

I just picked up a completely original 92 Gt with 48k miles. The suspension is tired though, too much sitting around. Anyway, I am going to do a little or everything to it, I already have the exhaust picked out and the hci package ready. What I need to do is pick a spring and strut package. I have a set of B springs laying around now I want to match them up with some struts/shocks...

So what have you found that are both comfortable and economical?

I am not drag racing, auto-xing, road racing or any of that, just street driven....

I have had a 93 cobra in the past with Kenney Brown Race springs and some adjustable illuminas. The car rode great on the street at the softest setting. (it rode much too hard with tokico hps on it...) I was considering going with Illuminas again unless someone knows of some nice soft shock that can control the B springs on the street...


Would base KYBs work ok?

i just swapped out stock springs for steeda progressives and kept the stock shocks. rides great

I'm on dropped eibach on bilstiens. Runs above firm but I like it.

Mach 1 springs plus tokico blues...rides nice but can still handle well.

I may swap out for some adjustables at some point.

I have B springs with Strange shocks/struts and then MM SFC's and extreme duty LCA's. The front rides awesome, but for some reason the rear hits bumps like there is no suspension at all.

We have a 92GT with a totally worn out suspension. We are going to replace everything. We are looking into a complete TeamZ front and rear suspension now. Just going to buy the best right out of the gate.

Ford racing front lower control arms, Ford police rear uppers, MMS rear lower arms, MMS camber plates,MMS sfcs/strut brace, ajx adjustables and 2001 mustang bullitt springs. also installed new links and sway bushings + inner/outer tie rods, tightened everything up really nice. ride is awsome.
