new to this, help me out! stock amps!?

I have an 02 gt, kenwood headunit, kenwood subs, and a kenwood amp. i want to get a custom box to fit the trunk better, but the 460 amps are in the way. it says removal of the amps are easy. if i take them out, what will happen??

If the amps are powering the front and rear speakers, you will have to rewire them to the head unit or a 4 channel amp

How big are the subs? What kind of setup are you trying to work out, regular rectangle towards the back seats?
