Patriot Heads

If you do a few google searches you will yield mixed reviews but the majority is negative.
At $1000 you are too close to twisted wedge pricing, if you can't throw out the extra $100-$200 you shouldn't be changing your heads anyway.

As far as in person? Likely you aren't going to get too much real world info, but i can tell you this, i talked with my machine shop guy about patriots and pro comp heads and was all pretty much negative. Said the valve jobs and machine work a mess.

Just do the sure thing and spend a few extra dollars on twisted wedges so you don't have to spend a ton extra to get the heads right at the machine shop.

do a search on here there have been a few head discussions, I even posted pics of those head and it showed the absolute poor quality of them. IMHO they belong right here..

I did a search on these heads a while back and stumbled upon several threads from various forums that seems to agree with the majority. These heads are piss poor. Saw some photos that one member took if the casting and machining flaws and it was staggering to see what they deemed "acceptable" for retail sale. :nonono:
