I'd like to find a set of the old Purple Hornet mufflers that were outlawed in the 1970s. If you ever had a set of these you know they can't be beat for sound, hell they'll even vibrate the windows out of an old house, I know from experiance, lol.
I have the newer version from Summit and these are just to mild for what I'm looking for.
I tried looking up the design patent since I can't find them and thought maybe I'd build a set of my own but can't find anything on the patent search.
Anyone else ever had a true set of these?
Any ideas where to find another pair in good shape?
