Can pushrod Mustang parts work on F250/350's?

I've been thinking about upgrading my heads in the future and wasn't to sure if I wanted to try to sell them. I'm looking for a third work truck for my business and I want to know if our intakes/heads/cams/injectors would work on an older 302 or (most likely) a 351W found in a F250/350?

How different or similar are the ECU's?

Thank you,
Fawcett

So an 351w intake that would fit on a mustang wouldnt fit a 351w in a f250/350?

Are all of the truck 351w's built with a non roller type of valvetrain?

What about exhaust headers?

I'm still wondering about the computer differences as well.

IIRC, if it's a 1994 or newer engine, it will be roller. It might be 1993, but I'm not certain. Otherwise, the 302 heads will swap right over, as long as the head bolt holes are drilled out to 1/2" for the 351. If it's a roller block, the cam will interchange, too. You'll need some new pushrods and a lower intake, but basically everything is compatible on the top end.

Cool, I ask because most trucks I've been looking at have exhaust manifold leaks and other issues with their exhaust systems.

I hope that I can remove the old heads & manifolds, install a new set of manifolds on my GT40X heads on a bench (out of the truck) then install the heads with the manifolds on already.

Should be easier right?

Plus, MOOOORRRREEEEE POOOOOOWWWWEEEERRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
